Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Luanda, AFM (Atlantic Facilities Management) provides industry-standard integrated operation & maintenance services across Class A buildings. Our extensive service portfolio is internationally recognized and delivered in line with global best practices, setting AFM apart in Angola’s facilities-management market.
Who we are
AFM was established to meet the growing demand for premium facility services in Angola’s booming economy. Since our founding, our motto has been “Buildings That Work.” Every service we deliver—from operations to maintenance—is meticulously tailored to meet our clients’ distinct needs, with adaptive solutions that evolve over time.
Over the last two decades, we have become specialists in integrated facilities management, particularly for oil & gas, banking, governmental, corporate, retail, and residential clients. In 2009, we commenced operations at the iconic Torres Atlântico complex on Luanda’s waterfront, serving Sonangol, ExxonMobil, and Azule Energy. Today, over half of our business is tied to the energy sector, while our broader client base includes financial institutions, government entities, and commercial developments.
AFM is officially registered with ANPG (National Agency for Oil, Gas and Biofuels) under the Exclusive Regime, a status granted to Angolan companies that demonstrate proven technical capability, operational excellence, and full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Our roots in Angola date back to 2000, where we began delivering consulting and investment projects focused on development and operational excellence.
Since then, we have grown and diversified, building solid expertise in real estate development, project management, and operations. Today, we provide specialized onshore and offshore services to a diversity of clients, including in the oil & gas sector, supporting them throughout every stage of their projects and covering asset management.
